1. Fixed starter cape and helmet bug
2. Fixed rings bugs
3. Added new npc for 1 and 2 in adc west
4. Changed requirements for the new helm and cape to require the neck ☆☆☆Badge of the Cube: Defiance
5. Changed BH requiremetns from Ghost Wing to Wurllord
6. Re-added Soul Feral at Utility
7. Added Primordial Blood recraft at Starter Misc (for those who have it not tradable)
